Is the instant quote the price I actually pay?
Yes. The figures in the calculator are Ultra Clean Exteriors' standard prices, not estimates or starting prices. The price is confirmed in writing before any work is booked and does not change on the day.
Why can I not get an instant price for a driveway or a roof?
Driveways, patios and roofs vary too much in size, surface and condition for a calculator to be honest about. Those are quoted from a photo instead, free and usually within one working day.
Do you charge extra for the first clean?
No. Most window cleaners charge one and a half to two times the normal price for a first visit. Ultra Clean Exteriors charges the standard price from the first clean.
Is the garage or porch guttering extra?
No. Porch and attached garage runs are included in the gutter clearance and fascia prices. Only a detached garage or a separate outbuilding is quoted on top.
How do I pay?
By direct debit, card or bank transfer, collected after the visit. There is no deposit and nothing to pay until the work is done.
