Top quality work, trust worthy and reliable. Cleans my windows every four weeks. They also clean my patio and my resin driveway yearly along with my gutters, fascia's and soffits. Recently had my roof cleaned by Ultra Clean Exteriors too and did a fantastic job.

Reliable, tidy and in touch from start to finish
Most complaints about cleaners are not about the cleaning. They are about people who do not turn up, do not say anything and leave a mess behind. These are the things we hold ourselves to on every single visit.
Your property is treated as ours
Gates are closed behind us, hoses are kept off borders and out of doorways, nothing is leant against your guttering or your conservatory, and everything is put back where we found it. Fully insured to £5 million, on every visit.
We turn up when we say we will
A round only works if the person cleaning is reliable. You get a date, we keep it, and if the weather moves a visit you hear it from us first rather than finding out by nobody arriving.
A reminder the evening before
A text the night before every visit, so there is time to unlock a side gate, move a car off the driveway or shut an upstairs window. No unannounced knocks.
A message when the job is finished
A text or an email once the work is done, whichever you prefer. If you are out at work you still know the moment your property has been cleaned.
Paying is meant to be the easy part
Payment is by direct debit, card or bank transfer, collected after the visit. Nothing to find on the day, nothing to leave under a plant pot, and a record of every payment on both sides.
Not happy? You have 24 hours
If any part of the work is not right, call within 24 hours of the visit and we come back and put it right, free of charge and without an argument about it. It is on the front of the site rather than tucked away in the terms, because we mean it.
The price is agreed before we start
Fixed, in writing, and free to ask for. The first clean is charged at the standard price, the same as every one after it, and the figure does not move unless you ask us to do more work.

The worst part of having a window cleaner has always been the admin: being in when they call, finding cash, remembering when they were last here. We took all of it away. Set up a direct debit and your regular clean simply happens. You get a reminder text the evening before, we clean, you get a message to say it is done, and the payment collects itself.
