Who we are
Ultra Clean Exteriors ("we", "us") is a family run exterior cleaning business at 17 Blount's Dr, Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, ST14 8TQ. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can contact us on 07876 645746 or at info@ultracleanexteriors.co.uk.
What we collect
When you complete the quote form we collect your name, phone number, property postcode, the services you are interested in, the property type, and, where you choose to give them, your email address, a description of the job, photographs of the property, and your preferred method of reply. Our hosting provider also records standard technical information such as your browser type and country for security purposes.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use this information for one purpose: to prepare and provide the quotation you asked for, and to carry out the work if you go ahead. Our lawful basis is that processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and thereafter to perform that contract. Where you tick the consent box, that consent covers us contacting you about the enquiry itself. We do not use your details for marketing unless you separately ask us to.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing. Your enquiry is stored using Supabase and the notification email is delivered using Resend, both acting as our processors, and the website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. These providers process data on our instructions only. Some of them operate infrastructure outside the UK; where that happens, transfers are covered by the safeguards those providers have in place.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 24 months. Records relating to work we have carried out are kept for six years, which is the period we may need them for tax, insurance and contractual purposes. Photographs you upload are stored privately, are accessible only through expiring links, and are deleted with the enquiry.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to ask us to delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to ask for it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, call 07876 645746 or email info@ultracleanexteriors.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
